  • GENYA 600
The all new ultra-compact monoblock bridge saw, the Genya 600, is the perfect entry level saw for fabrication shops looking to transition into CNC equipment and digital fabrication....

  • The Genya is the single most advanced monoblock cnc on the market. This highly modular, gantry-style, saw is an interpolated 5-axis monoblock cutting and milling center with a rotating head and suction system for manipulating slabs and optimizing cuts. This machine comes packed to the gills with intuitive, high-tech features like it’s digital brushless motor, cutting trajectory laser, fixed camera, an Energy Management system that transfers the energy recovered during braking and redirects it towards another motor that is beginning to accelerate. The automated process of machine tools cutting, milling, drilling and trimming programmed with computer numerical control commands remains unrivaled for a reason. The compatible software for this bridge saw takes it to another level: XpressTOP, the most advanced smart software suite on the market today for managing the entire counter top production cycle, and DigiHub.
The easiest way to digitize CNC manuals, track real-time machine data, automatically supervise production lines, get reports, and gain access remotely while monitoring on a PC or any smart device....

  • DIGIHUB is a suite of five integrated modules developed specifically to optimize machining productivity. This industry 4.0 software functions with Breton machinery providing real time data, allowing automatic systems to correct and adjust, achieving maximum efficiency while providing transparency. Docmobile, enables digital versions of all technical sheets accessible from any device. SpareParts is Breton’s web platform developed for faster ordering of spare parts, including quotes, and the ability to check order status. SmartBi, a business intelligence software for machinery systems, obtains production data in real time, increasing quality and productivity. SkyNet controls progress of production line, automatically adjusting variable base production parameters. Sentinel, an IT platform, harvests and monitors machine data. The operating data of the machine constitutes a real "mine" of information, to not only to interpret the past, but also to know the future.
  • FORTE HD 80
Building from the experience of the highly popular contourbreton series, Breton presents it’s latest development in CNC Routers, the intuitively designed FORTE HD 80, equipped for industry 4.0 software and the next generation of innovative stone work....

  • DESIGNED TO PERFORM: The strong electro-welded structure ensures the rigidity needed for any kind of machining. Forte HD 80 is packed to the gills with high end features, like tool cooling with internal and external water supply, digital motors, vacuum system with frontal controls, conveniently located. In addition to axes “rapid” movements of up to 80 meters per minute, in-line tool store located on both internal sides of the machine, HSK-B80 tool mounting shank, and option for a 4th C Axis. The spindle is mounted on a rigid cast iron structure, minimizing flexions under any working conditions, with vertical travel of 300 mm, with distance of 520 mm from spindle nose to work table, performing slotting on small blocks. Today it is possible to further improve the performance and timing of Forte HD 80 Robocup by equipping it with an anthropomorphous robot for handling workpieces equipped with a vacuum gripping device. These features result in a cnc router with unmatched functionality.
