Headquartered in Morbi-Rajkot (Gujarat), the hub of all ceramic tile manufacturing activity in India, Lioli Ceramica Pvt Ltd is a frontrunner in the business; a pioneer in the manufaccture of large format (320x160mm) procelain slabs. Lioli's fully-automated plant spread across 30 acres has the capacity to produce a staggering 13000 sq. mtr. tiles per day, which is considered the ghighest in India.

Large format tiles are by no means everydoby;s forte. There are serious technical challenges involved, along with the application of the latest technology on hi-end machine and equipment. Lioli large-format porcelain tiles are an outcome of this kind of percision-manufacturing that givesplenty of leeway to architects, developers and interior designers to use Lioli tiles not just in floor applications (outdoors and indoors) but also on walls for a luxurious, seamless look and feel.

Exporting to Saudi Arabia, Mexico, Brazil, UAE, Oman & Kuwait, The Lioli plant boasts of the world's longest production lines with a stockyard capcity of 50 lac sq. ft. of slabs; and a state-of-the-art application centre, covring 10,000 sqft that showcase the full, mindbogling range of Lioli in various sizes, designs, texures and colours to meet every poject requirement.

Aiming to emerge as a leader in surface applications, Lioli has machines and equipment imported from SYSTEM Italy and BMR Italy. The three enamelling lines at the plant are sourced from Creadigit BS Systems for digital printing and Rotocolor system for print decoration to give a high definition output of 400 DPI in the final product that is unmatched in the market.

  Lioli Ceramica Introduces The Latest TechnoSLAB Variants Under MEEK & MARBLE Series

  Mumbai: Lioli Ceramica has launched three new variants large format slabs under its flagship brand – TechnoSLAB. Introduced as Meek Ash, Statuario Venato,  and Grey William, the slabs are shades of white and grey and the designs are inspired by natures designs formed in natural marble. The three products have been simultaneously launched for contrast décor applications. The milky white Statuario Venato with easy flowing, crisscrossing grey veins acts as the backdrop against which the Meek Ash with dispersed presence of grey dabs and sprays, and the chalky Grey William work wonders as complementing surface covers.

  The newly launched designs can be casted across various kitchen applications. The Meek Ash makes for a perfect contrast for the countertop and backsplash and the Grey William blends in smoothly as the dining top cover. The Statuario Venato as flooring becomes the canvas on which the rest of the ensemble sets befittingly. The printing technology used to render designs leave little to none room to distinguish them from marble itself. In fact, the porcelain slabs are ten times harder than natural marble which overcomes the limitation that marble poses for installation in high traffic or rough use applications such as in kitchens. The large format slabs offer a seamless and continuous visual appearance.
