By submitting a product for the gallery, your company consents to the terms below.

Products must qualify as new as defined below:

A product qualifies as new if it is manufactured or exclusively distributed by a company and was introduced to the marketplace since January 2021.

OFFICIAL RULES

Set forth below are a list of rules (the “Rules”) applicable to the Online New Product Gallery being sponsored by International Tile Exposition, a joint venture t/a Coverings (“Coverings”). By submitting any materials to Coverings for use with respect to the Online New Product Gallery (the “Materials”), you acknowledge and agree to each of the following terms:

You must be a Coverings 2022 exhibitor to enter new products in the Online New Product Gallery. If you submit more than one product into the online gallery, all rules below apply to all product entries.

The product must be new in 2021. “New” means the product must have been first sold at any level of distribution since January 1, 2021. All new product entries are subject to approval. Coverings reserves the right to remove/disqualify any product that it believes does not qualify as new.

The number of product submissions per exhibitor is limited to (7) seven.

There is no entry fee to submit a product for the Online New Product Gallery.

The Online New Product Gallery will be available online on the website and mobile app.

Coverings may in its sole discretion elect not to include a product in its 2022 Online New Product Gallery.

You grant a perpetual royalty free license to Coverings for the use of the Materials as part of the Online New Product Gallery.

Coverings may make any stylistic edits to submission entries that it deems to be appropriate, in its commercially reasonable judgement.

Any legal dispute relating to these Rules or the Online New Product Gallery will be resolved by Arbitration in Arlington, Virginia before a single arbitrator under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association.

In no event shall the aggregate liability of Coverings to you with respect to the Online New Product Showcase exceed $500.00.

In no event shall any joint venture member of Coverings have any direct liability to you with respect to the Online New Product Gallery with your recourse being limited solely to the assets of Coverings.

MULTIWIRE JUPITER TECH12 is an open frame multiwire machine for the industrial production of ½"-thick granite slabs that performs blocks fast cutting through a set of 5.3mm-diameter diamond wires. It is available in several versions which differ for the number of wires: 48, 60 e 108.

MULTIWIRE JUPITER TECH12 is part of a project that Pedrini started in 2019 to industrialize the processing of 12mm-thick slabs, from the natural stone blocks, such as granites and quartzites, to create a new, more versatile and lighter stone product.

MULTIWIRE JUPITER TECH12 has 6 patents and it stands out for its flexibility, reliability, state-of-the-art technical solutions and for its high production capacity. The new multiwire machine by Pedrini radically increases the block yield to 600sq feet for each cubic meter.

SPECTRA

SPECTRA is the planetary calibrating machine designed by Pedrini for the thickness grinding of natural stone slabs such as marble, granite and quartzite. SPECTRA can process engineered materials as well.... More Info Less Info

SPECTRA is the planetary calibrating machine designed by Pedrini for the thickness grinding of natural stone slabs such as marble, granite and quartzite. SPECTRA can process engineered materials as well.

PECTRA is able to process slabs with a variable thickness from 10 to 100 mm and is available in two versions according to the slabs maximum machinable width.

Each SPECTRA calibrating group is composed of the exclusive Grifone head which uniformly works on the whole slab surface ensuring planarity and regularity of the final thickness.

The Grifone head is equipped with diamond tools radially placed on a circumference with a diameter larger than the processing width. The Grifone heads consist of a rotating structure on which a group of independent electro-spindles is mounted. Each electro-spindle is equipped with a 205mm-diameter diamond tool.

The slabs polishing lines that include SPECTRA can be customized to process just the slab upper surface or both surfaces.

SPECTRA is managed through a general control panel is located in a frontal position that includes a big size colour touch-screen display and other auxiliary controls. The operator can easily program the machine directly on the display, thanks to an intuitive software and without any keyboard. Through the touch-screen the operator can program and manage a wide range of operations, such as:

Machine start and stop automatic sequences
Conveyor belt speed
Manual height position of the head
Height position of the head according to the thickness reading
Ampere consumption of each individual spindle
Daily statistical production data (working hours, total processed square meters)
Total square meters and working hours, total processed square meters
Emergencies and downtime

An acoustic/light signal placed above the machine informs the operator about any possible warnings.
