The varied appearance and workmanship techniques of natural stone provide the inspiration for this new Casalgrande Padana collection, which pays tribute to a material that has been used for building for thousands of years, by every civilisation in history.

Stile comes in six shades, ranging from grey and beige tones to an intense blue-black hue, with six sizes available that allow for maximum freedom when it comes to laying options: 12"x24", 24"x24", 24"x48", 48"x48", 18"x36" and 36"x36", and thicknesses ranging from 9 mm to 20 mm. These sizes are complemented by a series of 12"x12" mosaics, with 2"x2" and 2"x6" pieces, and a mesh-backed decoration with pieces of varying sizes.

Fusion is the tile collection that stands out for its charming metallic effects and texture enhanced by tone-on-tone streaks.

These metal-like tiles with an industrial vibe come in 6 super trendy colours and with two thicknesses, three trims, and formats up to 120x278 (like the Kontinua slab).

With Fusion, every imperfection and unpredictable effect of the oxidation process becomes a distinctive feature with extraordinary expressive potential.

The new Supreme porcelain stoneware tile collection gives a new twist to rock salt, a natural material used since ancient times.

The Supreme collection comes in four colours (Grey, Dark, Sand, and Taupe) and various formats and finishes. The 12"x24" size is 9 mm thick and features a natural or Grip finish. The 24"x24", 24"x48", and 48"x48" sizes come with a natural or polished finish. Finally, the large 48"x110" size is 6 mm thick and has a natural or polished finish. The polished finish further emphasises its appearance.

Desaturated veining, harmonious crystal lattices, delicate transparencies, and refined details come to life in an elegant palette. The colours range from light shades of the prestigious Fleur de Sel from the Algarve, Portugal, to the greys of Grey Brittany Salt and the black of the Kala Namak South Asian salt rock.

The Era collection combine stone’s natural charm and porcelain stoneware’s outstanding technical features, elevating their application potential. Irregular veining, harmonious nuvolato effects, delicate colours, and play of light and shadow emphasise these tiles’ colour and the pleasant tactile quality of their reference material.

The Era collection comes in six colours (Era Bianca, Bruna, Crema, Grigia, Perla, and Pepe) and various formats. The 30x60 cm, 60x60 cm, and 60x120 cm formats are 9mm thick and feature a natural and anti-slip Grip version. The 120x120 cm format is 9 mm thick and has a natural finish. The outdoor version of the Era tiles is 20 mm thick and is available in Beige and Taupe and the 60x60 cm e 60x120 cm formats. These tiles’ excellent technical features and anti-slip finish make them perfect for colour-coordinated projects with visual continuity between interiors and exteriors.

Thanks to their 20 mm thickness, Casalgrande Padana tiles can be either laid on screed with adhesive, ensuring high load resistance, or dry-laid on sand, gravel, or turf. In this case, they can be walked on immediately. But there’s more. Fixed or height-adjustable polypropylene (PP) pedestals allow for creating raised outdoor floors and hide the electrical and water supply systems beneath them.

The City Collection by KPF evolved from the collaboration with Casalgrande Padana with an ambition to create a new ceramic tile collection for use in a wide range of applications from interior flooring and wall tiles to facade coverings.

The intention was to create a new material expression which is authentic to the modern process of the ceramic manufacture that can be used in a wide range of applications.

A material that can benefit from the robust and consistent technical characteristics of ceramic, but with the aesthetic qualities and variation of a natural stone.

The collection was inspired by four international cities which KPF know intimately, having worked on various buildings and neighbourhoods over many years.

The intention was to create a series of tiles which in some way, represent the subjective experience of each place through reference to the character, materials, urban forms and textures of these remarkable cities.

The patterns and textures evolved through an interrogation of the nature of each place at various scales and a subsequent process of simplification and abstraction to create surfaces which are almost like natural materials.

From a distance, they read as finely grained surfaces with subtle variation in colour and texture, but when viewed up close, it is possible to discern the geometric patterns from which they are derived.
