Products must qualify as new as defined below:
A product qualifies as new if it is manufactured or exclusively distributed by a company and was introduced to the marketplace since April 8, 2022, the last day of Coverings 2022.
OFFICIAL RULES
Set forth below are a list of rules (the “Rules”) applicable to the Online New Product Gallery being sponsored by International Tile Exposition, a joint venture t/a Coverings (“Coverings”). By submitting any materials to Coverings for use with respect to the Online New Product Gallery (the “Materials”), you acknowledge and agree to each of the following terms:
You must be a Coverings 2023 exhibitor to enter new products in the Online New Product Gallery. If you submit more than one product into the online gallery, all rules below apply to all product entries.
“New” means the product must have been first sold at any level of distribution since April 8, 2022. All new product entries are subject to approval. Coverings reserves the right to remove/disqualify any product that it believes does not qualify as new.
The number of product submissions per exhibitor is limited to (7) seven.
There is no entry fee to submit a product for the Online New Product Gallery.
All submissions must be received by Monday, February 27, 2023.
The Online New Product Gallery will be available online on the website and mobile app.
Coverings may in its sole discretion elect not to include a product in its 2023 Online New Product Gallery.
You grant a perpetual royalty free license to Coverings for the use of the Materials as part of the Online New Product Gallery.
Coverings may make any stylistic edits to submission entries that it deems to be appropriate, in its commercially reasonable judgement.
Any legal dispute relating to these Rules or the Online New Product Gallery will be resolved by Arbitration in Arlington, Virginia before a single arbitrator under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association.
In no event shall the aggregate liability of Coverings to you with respect to the Online New Product Showcase exceed US $500.00.
In no event shall any joint venture member of Coverings have any direct liability to you with respect to the Online New Product Gallery with your recourse being limited solely to the assets of Coverings.
SKIN Microplaster / OnDeck Waterproofing

SKIN Microplaster is a cementitious membrane that effectively combines waterproofing and finishing. It is a multi-purpose compound made of blended cements, fine-grained quartz, and pigmented ceramic microspheres that can be used successfully in and out of the water. SKIN will adhere to most surfaces, and can be used to over existing ceramic tile to transform the space into a stunning monolithic wearable surface- no more grout lines. SKIN is highly resistant to most chemicals and corrosive agents, and can withstand a high degree of movement while maintaining its integrity. It can be used for refinishing and new construction. SKIN only requires a ⅛” application for certified waterproofing, but it can be built up to 2” lifts down to a feather edge. For usage in pools, SKIN is unique as it can be mixed in a bucket on site, and applied to most pre-existing substrates with minimal prep work and does not require any of the start-up needed for other plaster products. The liquid and compound mix is available in 3.0L resin and 12kg bags (approximate coverage is two 1/16” coats of 100 sf), and it comes in 18 SkinTone colors. skinmicroplaster.com
The OnDeck System is a wearable surface waterproofing that also acts as a bond coat, underlayment, and micro topping for all applications where a solid and durable waterproof barrier is required. OnDeck is a three part system involving a base, texture coat, and pigmented sealer. This product will adhere to most surfaces, is resistant to most chemicals and corrosive agents, and can withstand a high degree of movement while maintaining its integrity. A ⅛” application is required for certified waterproofing, but OnDeck has the capability to be built to a 2” lift as well. Same mix for vertical and horizontal applications. The liquid and compound mix is available in its mixing ratio: 5 gallon pail of resin and three 50lb bags of dry compound. The pigmented sealer comes in 10 OnTop colors.
